Certificates issued after review by relevant departments

  1. 1 Certificate of Residence
  2. 2 Tax Clearance Certificate (for emigration purposes)
  3. 3 Certificate of Non-resident’s Tax Payment
  4. 4 Certificate of Fact
  5. 5 Certificate of Income and Comprehensive Real Estate Holding Taxes Paid or Owing
  6. 6 Application for Non-taxation or Tax Exemption under Tax Treaty

Documents required

  • When you visit in person to get certificates
    • Your ID
  • When an Attorney visits on behalf of the Principal
    • Power of Attorney(stamped with a principal’s registered seal or signature)
    • Copy of Principal’s ID(copy) or Reigtered Seal Certificate (copy)
    • Attorney’s ID
  • Documents required for the issuance of Tax Clearance Certificate (for emigration purposes)
    • Copy of the Verification of Emigration Declaration
    • Copy of residence permit issued by the country of residence (if you have residency status)
    • Marriage relation certificate (if marrying a foreign national)
    • Copy of proof of international adoption (in the case of international adoption)

When the Center is closed

  • You may use the certificate machines in the One-stop Public Service Business Center (for the 13 certificates that can be issued without review. This does not include Certificate of Standard Financial Statements)
